1. Business Development Package: Facility & Practice: Assessments, Proformas, Turnaround Plans, Associated Business Development Consultations

• $250.00hr for 25hrs Minimum Used in 12 Months of Active Workflows

• Business Development Consultation Does Not Include Onboarding, Billing, Collections or RCM

• Business Development Consultation Does Not Include Infusion Clinic Set Up & Onboarding

2. Full-Service Billing, Collections & UR Package: Onboarding with Billing-Collections-RCM: $7500 Onboard & Training Fee then 9.5% on Collected Revenue 

• We Take Care of Everything with a Quick Start Option Including Billing, Collection, UR & RCM

• We do the billing and the UR with Prior Authorizations to See Patients as Soon as Possible

• We Offer Provider Workflows & Concurrent Training, so Your Facility Can Admit Quickly

• We Will do All of the UR and All of the Chart Audits, Collections RCM Reporting 

• We Have a Revenue Cycle of 14 to 16 days from Admission to EFT Payment

3. Full-Service Wrap Around EHR-PM Package: Inhouse EMR-PM: Onboarding with Training 15k, No Billing, No Add Ons

• Includes Full-Service Team Buildout for all Phases of Onboarding, Fully Executed & Live

• Includes: 20 Hours of On-Site Staff Training and Facility Will Pay for Travel & Stay

• Facility Will Have Thier Own Billing Platform and Collections UR & RCM Group

• Facility Will Not Use Our Software or Use Our Patented Platform or Algorithms

• Timeline is 60-90 days to get fully facility and providers credentialed with your requested insurance carriers unless your physician group in already credentialed and contracted in your respective State

4. Basic NAD+ Hydration Vitamin Clinic Set Up Package: 35k No Billing, No Extras

• Basic Hydration-Vitamin-NAD+ Infusion Set Up

• Doest NOT include Billing, Collections or UR

• Facility Will Bill for Medical Visits, Service Lines & DME

• We Will Get This Done within a 30-day Period from Start to Finish

• Facility Will Collect Partial Cash Pay to Offset the Cost Structures to Reach Thier Margins

5. No Cost SUD Treatment Facility Infusion Package: Providers, Products Billing & UR

• We Cover All of the Costs & Do All of the Work!

• We Do All of the Patient Pre-Assessments, Diagnostic Workups!

• We Bring In & Pay for All of the Providers & IV Supplies!

• We Bill & Collect the Patient/Clients Insurance (After Deductible)!

• We Allow 2 Free Scholarship Infusions for Every 7 Payable Infusions!

• Facility Must be Accredited by Joint Commission & Have a Census of 15+ Insured Clients

6. Infusion Clinic Franchise Model by ARMICs: 65k, No Onboarding Fees (2 Franchise Royalty Options)

      A. 3% GNP Quarterly Franchise Fee with Full-Service Billing at 7.5% Monthly on Collected Revenue 

      B. 18% GNP Monthly Franchise Fee with No Billing, No Collections, No Utilization​

• Includes All of the 90-day Full-Service Wrap Around Upstart with Supply Chain Management

• Includes All 7 Joint Commission Operations & Compliance Manuals & NAD+ Infusion Manuals

• Includes All Unlimited Oversight Consultation & Unlimited Customer Support for Owners & Staff

• Includes All On-Site Training & Travel Related Expenses with Unlimited Work Hours

• Includes All Infrastructure Onboarding & Training for EMR-PM-Clearinghouse-Collections-UR

• Includes All Utilization Support for Prior Authorizations & Peer Reviews & Appeals if Needed

• Includes All Wholesale Product Line Set Up with: CureMD, McKesson, Baxter, Sandoz 

• Facility Provides Their Own Brick & Morter Space & Build Out Covering All Associated Costs
